Tee Bollards 10-300 Ton

Tee Bollard is a heavy-duty vessel mooring device used in ports, docks, shipyards, and industrial berths.

Its unique T-shaped top structure secures multiple ropes simultaneously, evenly distributing forces to effectively prevent rope slippage and localized overloading.

Also known as T-head bollards or tee mooring bollards. This type of ship mooring bollard is widely specified in port engineering projects due to its reliability, high load capacity, and long service life.

OLIPORTS offers a comprehensive range of bollards specifically designed for safe vessel mooring in ports, docks, and shipyards, supplying global customers worldwide.

Key Features of T-Shape Bollards

Wide load coverage from small vessels to large ships

T-shaped structure prevents rope crossing and slippage

Adaptable to high-angle mooring conditions

Corrosion-resistant coating for extended service life

Supports engineering customization

Structural optimization with high adaptability: The T-shaped design at the top of the mooring post accommodates ±180° horizontal cable loads and +75°/-15° vertical cable loads, adapting to steeper cable angles. The product includes a reinforced column body, thickened base plate, and Grade 8.8 high-strength anchor bolts, with deformation ≤10mm under 200-500kN horizontal tensile force. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for space-constrained installation scenarios.

Application range of Tee Bollards

OLIPORTS’ tee bollards and T-head mooring bollards are widely used in various marine mooring scenarios, serving as essential equipment for container terminals, bulk mineral and liquid terminals, commercial roll-on/roll-off ferry terminals, and fishing vessel docks.

  • Port Terminals: Container Terminal, Bulk Cargo Terminal, Oil Terminal, LNG Terminal; Ro-Ro Terminal, Passenger Ro-Ro Terminal, Ferry Terminal
  • Shipyard Facilities: Repair and Construction Dock, Outfitting Pier, Sea Trial Pier; Ship Launching Slipway, Mooring Bollards
  • Special Facilities: Offshore Platforms, Floating Docks, Single Point Mooring Systems; Military Docks, Maritime Bases
