The Double Raised Foundation is a high-strength concrete foundation structure tailor-made for crane rail systems, featuring left-right symmetry and an overall elevation of the track. By elevating the track foundation above the ground level, this structure effectively enhances the overall stability and settlement resistance of the track system, and is widely used in container yards, port shore bridges, and track systems of large logistics equipment.
The Double Raised Foundation mainly includes two common models, which are as follows:
Model AC-B2/D/279: The track spacing is 279mm, suitable for application scenarios where the track gauge is limited and the equipment spacing is compact.
Model AC-B2/D: It is a standard universal design, applicable to various rail types and conventional lifting equipment, with higher adaptability and versatility.
