The Lashing Bar Extension Knob Type is designed with a knob head on one side for quick connection to turnbuckles, lashing eyes, and D-rings, and a socket sleeve on the other for firm attachment to existing container lashing rods.

This structure allows it to function as a reliable extension rod, adding extra length to a standard lashing bar. The lashing rod for container is made of forged steel with anti-corrosion treatment, it delivers durability and safety for shipping container lashing rod systems.

• Integrated Knob-Shaft Design: High-strength steel shaft permanently fused with an ergonomic polymer knob (Ø50mm), enabling tool-free hand tightening.
• Anti-Vibration Lock Core: Spring-loaded washer compressed by knob rotation, generating constant pressure to resist loosening.
• Q42-Specific Interface: Reverse-engineered thread pitch (1.5mm) and depth (20mm) for seamless integration with Q42 lashing bars.
• Ribbed Knob Surface: 360° radial ribs with 0.8mm depth provide slip resistance even with oily gloves.
• Surface Protection: Hot-dip galvanized or customized coating to ensure long-term corrosion resistance in harsh marine conditions.
